Marco Vega, Mr. Marco Vega serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer to Quadrant Management, Inc., and Carret Asset Management, LLC and is responsible for the accounting, operations and compliance functions of the private investment management company and the SEC registered investment advisor. Mr. Vega also serves on the Board of Advisors to Brean Capital a boutique investment bank. Mr. Vega worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., prior to joining Serfin Securities Inc. and Finamex Securities Inc., broker dealers facilitating transactions for institutions and private clients in the emerging markets arena. Mr. Vega holds a BS in accounting and an MBA from St. John’s University.
Weston Quasha, Mr. Weston Quasha joined Quadrant in 2013 and is responsible for making investments and overseeing companies at the firm. Mr. Quasha currently serves on the Board of Yola, Inc., and holds director level positions at several portfolio companies. He also assists with general oversight of the firm. Prior to joining Quadrant, Mr. Quasha was the head of North American investments for Reinet Investments S.C.A., a Luxembourg-listed private equity fund with over $4 billion in assets. Mr. Quasha began his career as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman of Richemont. He holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard College.
Ted Deinard, Mr. Deinard joined Quadrant in 2008 and is responsible for making investments and overseeing companies at the firm. Mr. Deinard holds Director level positions in multiple portfolio companies along with Executive level roles at certain times. Mr. Deinard is also President of QFMI Management, Inc., an alternative investment management firm, controlled by an affiliate of Quadrant. Previously, Mr. Deinard was a Director at Citigroup Global Markets. He holds a BA from Yale University.
